How do you want your pig dressed?
Choose from either Hawaiian or Southern style with perfectly matched side dishes to accompany your meal. A Hawaiian luau style pig is soy sauce brined and a Southern style pig is traditionally brined and then it is slow smoked with hickory wood. From early morning, on the day of your party, we will be tending to and slow roasting the brined pig to succulent perfection. Finally, the roasted whole pig will be beautifully displayed with garnish and carved for your guests on the buffet.
